Álvaro Díez

An entrepreneur with 25 years of experience, he has successfully scaled companies to generate millions in revenue and is an expert in building high-performing teams. With experience in multinational corporations, he has also worked as a freelancer and has had to close several businesses along the way. He is a professor of Business Organization at Rovira i Virgili University and a mentor for entrepreneurial projects at the prestigious ESADE business school.

Josep M. Vallvé

An industrial engineer with over 20 years of experience in senior management positions at large multinational corporations. A serial entrepreneur, he has created and led several projects, experiencing both the growth and the challenges and lessons learned from closing businesses. A graduate of IESE Business School (PDD), he teaches General Management and Strategy at ESADE, where he coordinates an entrepreneurship program in partnership with the Prevent Foundation. He is also an expert in Banco Santander's Explorer X program, where he mentors young talent in developing innovative projects.
